Child Safety Standards Policy

Ghanaians.ae has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users.

1. Prohibition of CSAE Content

Ghanaians.ae explicitly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
  • Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
  • Any content that sexualizes individuals under 18 years of age
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAE content

2. User Reporting Mechanism

We provide users with an in-app mechanism to report any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards. Reports can be submitted via:

  • The "Report" button available on all user profiles and content

All reports are reviewed promptly and acted upon in accordance with our safety policies and applicable law.

4. CSAM Handling & Removal

Ghanaians.ae has clear procedures to address Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):

  • Immediate removal of any identified CSAM content
  • Permanent suspension of accounts found sharing or requesting CSAM
  • Reporting of CSAM to relevant national and international authorities
  • Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations

5. Legal Compliance

Ghanaians.ae complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to UAE federal laws on child protection and internationally recognized child safety standards.
